For centuries, humans have faced challenges in finding food, leading our bodies to adapt to eating intermittently and repairing when we aren’t consuming food. When fasting, we’re in our best mental and physical state—sharp, strong, and focused— This is how we have evolved as humans.
Think about it, If early humans were too weak to hunt for food after 24 hours of being unable to actually find food, how would we be here today? In fact, it made them stronger, faster and more mentally sharp. Which is how they caught their prey, continuing to evolve as a species.

I want to reiterate that Fasting is not a diet but a pattern of eating within a specific window.
You choose what to eat, how long to fast, and when your eating window is. As a nutrition enthusiast for over 8 years, I dove into IF, researched it thoroughly, coached friends, and reached my health goals.
So, does Intermittent Fasting work? Yes. Your fasting must be unique to you, evolving based on your goals, health, and lifestyle. It’s important to realize one way of fasting may work for one individual but not another. It’s also crucial that it be done correctly, or there can be adverse side effects.
